Sue Patterson: The Day Christ was Crucified

Archive Show from The Third Day 3-3-2006 who’s time is now. Wanted to bring us up to speed on understanding the Lords calender. This amazing Study Sue brought out over 5 years ago is now coming into focus. The question that has gone unanswered is: If Jesus celebrated Passover at the last supper the night before his crucifixion what were the religious leaders doing when they were hurrying to get his body down off the cross before sundown? This is a good question to ask the “religious” you are trying to reach.

1Co_1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

I’m just going to go ahead and post an e mail I sent to a new listener Judy who has encouraged me with some understand her brother has brought out. I read it on the last show wanted to post the text.

Judy
Just wanted to thank you for sending your brothers understanding, it sparked something in me and I do see his understanding now as well. The abomination that maketh desolate was the crucifixion. It is just so obvious now.
Mat_23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

This is now fitting like a glove as we revisit the Lords calender and the understanding on the correct passover and the Jews passover. They sacrificed the very Messiah they were waiting for on the passover! That is the abomination that maketh desolate! Jesus truly was the sacrificial lamb.

I’m really seeing the importance of the study work Sue and Bill did on the true passover. I’m going to repost those shows setting up for the next series. With the connections Sue has made concerning the convergences it is very exciting. Of course all this is important because we know clearly the whole scenario runs twice and this time it will be the multitude in place of Jesus. Honestly it is almost too much to bear how God trusts this information to us. A gigantic privlege and responsibility. Hope to get it out in the time ahead. It’s time.
Chris

My brother has a completely different take on the abomination of desolation spoken of in Matt 24:15 and Daniel 12:11 than I’ve ever heard…whether right or wrong…I hope you don’t mind my sharing with you what he believes the Lord showed him. Here’s part of what he wrote to me:
“Whosoever readeth let him understand”…I believe the writer of the gospel interjected these words to reaffirm that there should be no doubt as to what Jesus was referring to. Jesus told His disciples that they would see this abomination and they did. If the holy place refers to the holy temple inside of Jerusalem, why not go one step further and realize it was Jesus the Messiah that stands in the holy place. Now you want to talk about abomination…the very Son of God is condemned to death by the chief priests and elders (God’s chosen people). They spit in His face, punch Him and slap Him. They deliver Him over to the gentiles to carry out their death sentence..He is mocked, scourged, made to wear a crown of thorns on His head. He is made to carry a cross through the streets of the holy city…finally they nail God’s son, to a cross, to die a horrible death. Question: do you think maybe God found what was done to His Son by His own people to be an abomination..an act worthy of desolation? As Jesus is led away to Calvary (Luke 23:28- 31) Jesus tells the weeping daughters of Jerusalem “weep not for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For behold the days are coming, in which they shall say, blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare and the paps that never gave suck. Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, fall on us, and to the hills, cover us. For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?”
Yet another warning from Jesus of the desolation that was to befall Jerusalem. (Luke 21:20,22) And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. For these are the days of vengeance that all things that are written may be fulfilled. ( and we all know what took place in 70 AD) As was written in the prophetic scriptures of Daniel, events that took place in a specific time frame, “Prophecy Fulfilled.” (The Abomination of Desolation)
Now let me go one step further in conclusion. Jesus quoted from (Daniel 12:11), so lets continue: “And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be 1290 days. Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the 1335 days. Why blessed, he that waiteth 45 days? Again if held in context with the specific time period, not all that hard to understand…if indeed it was Jesus death on the cross, at the hands of God’s chosen people that was the abomination. You might want to read (Acts 1:3-5) Jesus was seen of them 40 days after His passion, he tells them to wait for the promise of the Father, which Jesus said: you have heard of Me “Ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost , not many days hence.” (BLESSED IS HE WHO WAITETH 45 DAYS?)

So that is some of what my brother wrote me…and I just wondered what you or Bill thought.
Thanks and God’s peace be with you, Judy

  1. Thanks Judy, very interesting indeed…Jesus also told them he would leave their house desolate.

Matthew 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

    peace be with you
    bill

  2. Judy says:

Hi Bill, yes, that was another point my brother Dave made…he told me to make sure and read Matt 23:33 -38. I’ve been sharing a lot of yours and Chris’ studies with him and now he is saying he is just going to have to get a computer..wish he would. The studies both you and Sue did on the Crucifixtion and the Passover were really good.

    • Andrew says:

Hi Judy , Could you send me an email ? because though someone responded to my previous posts I can see neither my posts nor responses thereto – my email – a p m 3 6 5 at g ma il dot com – What does your brother think about what “daily” gets taken away at the commencement of his ministry ? The daily incense ? for Christ’s sacrifice as a sweet smelling savor commenced at the start of his ministry when he began to drink the cup Mark 10:38 the cup I present tense drink ?

    • Betsy says:

The time between the feast of first fruits, the resurrection to Pentecost is 50 days. Leviticus 23:
15¶And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
16Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.

  3. Andrew says:

Hi Judy, What does your brother say the taking away of the daily represents ?

  4. Andrew says:

the carcase represents Christ crucified , the eagles the saints , the gathering communion of the saints , the gathering of the elect from all the winds the evangelical outreach to all the world with its harvest commencing at Pentacost – the coming of Christ as lightening happened with the mighty winds of Pentacost through which came the Spirit of Christ as tongues of fire to enlighten the tongues of the disciples to preach the gospel in every language under heaven

    • Betsy says:

Your explanation is all nice and junk but not based on any scripture.

The Tares are gathered first, Jesus teaches this in the parables
He gathers the tares OUT of his kingdom – He doesn’t gather his kingdom.

      Matthew 13:
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
      41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

      Revelation 19:
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

      17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh

    • Betsy says:

Also the curses of Deut. 28:
15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

26 And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.

      • Andrew says:

Betsy , Revelation 14:14-20 sets forth two harvests , the first the saints , and the second the reprobate – i.e. the harvest of the tares comes AFTER the harvest of the wheat – so in Revelation 19 the resurrected saints come with Christ to execute the judgment against the damned cp. Revelation 19:14, Jude 14 etc the saints shall execute judgment “Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world?” 1 Corinthians 6:2 and if the world shall be judged by the saints , then the saints receive their resurrection before the resurrection and judgment of the unbelievers Matthew 13:30 speaks of the gathering of the unbelievers in the battle of Armageddon , not their resurrection for after the battle God resurrects the saints

    • Betsy says:

So you deny that Jesus said that he would gather the tares first?
Matthew 13:30 Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

And you deny that Jesus said the Reapers are the angels?
Matthew 13:39 39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

And When Jesus says this is the 1st resurrection we shouldn’t believe that?
      Revelation 20:
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

  5. Betsy says:

What is the job of the false prophet?
    Deut 13:
3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Their job is to refine you, whether you will believe the word of God or you believe the false prophets copyrighted metaphors and similitudes, or catch phrases and minglings with the mayan or the diaprax, etc. Quit listening to them and listen to the Lord

  6. me says:

Your brother is right. Christ reminded them about the abomination that brings desolation just as it was coming time to happen. They had those words in mind when they saw him nailed to the cross. Is there anything more abominable than that. There cannot be.

Keep in mind that who ever wrote the Revelation went too far and damaged the parts of Christ’s Olive Mt prophecy that are yet to be fulfilled. I know this goes against the utter brain washing of most people, but try ignoring Revelation and look only at Jesus’ prophecies recorded in Matthew, Mark and Luke. Note that the disciples asked three questions in Matthew 24. Mark and Luke only note two of them. And they all three conflate the answers.

There will be no Temple, no antichrist. Only global chaos, perplexity and the destruction of the earth.
