It became clear to me a while back that Daniel Chapter 11 is describing in detail the inner workings of the false church in the last days. The detail in metaphor is astonishing. Do I understand it all? No, but I see some of it and with the identity of the serpent and their association with the north and the identiy of the scorpion and their association with the south, you can see the inner-relationship going on within the false church, the church built upon it’s own base.

Zec 5:11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

We’ve expounded on this in recent studies, the “ephah” or the measure by which God is sifting his church, where God is about his work “if told you you wouldn’t believe it” Hab 1:5 Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

The curse that goes out,
Zec 5:2 And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.
Zec 5:3 Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it.

the snare:

Luk 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

It’s MYSTERY BABYLON the woman in Zech 5 the false religious system that man builds “upon it’s own base, in the land of Shinar” (Babylon)

No accident that the Lord placed this profound understanding in between his teaching on the true church in Zechariah, the BRANCH, the royal priesthood, Joshua and Zerubabbel as the type, leading the remnant out of Babylon.

The intricate detail God has given us in Dan 11 as he lays out the story of the beast and the false prophet, the north and the south, the serpents and scorpions we see there is the time when “the transgressors come to the full”

The transgressors are those who preach another gospel.

2Jn 1:8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
2Jn 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

This is the antichrist. Contrary to what is taught about “The Antichrist” the truth is what scripture teaches is that the spirit of antichrist that was present at the time of John “comes to the full”
Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

This king referenced in Dan shows up in the trumpet judgements.

Rev 9:10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
Rev 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
Rev 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Rev 9:19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

The serpents and scorpions that Jesus gave us power to tread on come to the full when the bottomless pit is open. The spirit of antichrist present at the time of John clearly associated with the false teachers,

2Jn 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

come to the full. They deny the indwelling of the spirit of God. Essentially this is what has happened today as the “indwelling of the Holy Spirit” has been reduced to a pleasant notion that happens ritualistically to anyone who says a prayer.

Dan 11:13 For the king of the north shall return, and shall set forth a multitude greater than the former, and shall certainly come after certain years with a great army and with much riches.
Dan 11:14 And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.

The detail I mentioned in Daniel 11 is much too deep for this study but to understand what has happened on a basic level we see the manifestation of the powers out of the north and south in the last days. This is describing the complete infiltration of christianity by the serpent scorpion false teachers who’s “power is in their mouths”

There can be no clearer way of showing how this happened in our lifetime than by looking at the 2 camps and their parallel influence upon a predominately “christian” society. as they have appeared in these last days.
We associate the scorpion with covetousness and the serpent with lies. This is shown clearly throughout scripture.

Zec 5:3 Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth (scorpion) shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth (serpent) shall be cut off as on that side according to it.
Rev 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues (serpent) yet repented not of the works of their hands, (scorpion) that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, (scorpion) or in their foreheads:(serpent)

Most modern christian thought can be traced to these 2 centers of influence both completely controlled by Jesuit freemasonry

These combine in what Daniel calls:

Dan 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

Wickedly against the covenant, in other words God’s people Israel forsaking their heritage as God’s covenant people and the result is their being corrupted by “flatteries”. This ia the “All you have to do is ask Jesus into your heart…” This is the anti gospel. This is the message of the visible church and has materialized in our lifetime.

2 parts are cut off.

Zec 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

But good news is that 1 part, through “much tribulation” is refined, brought through the metaphoric fire and refined. Daniel refers to “the people
who do know their God”

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

This is what Jesus meant “when you see, flee”
