Note: Here in Revelation the book is still speaking to us from the  sixth trumpet, which is also part of the second of the three woes upon those on the earth. In the previous chapter of Revelation (the ninth chapter) the sixth trumpet angel started to sound, and a great death curse was pronounced upon all hypocrites claiming the Christian faith.
